a hole cut in the dry wall, revealing a potentially bad leak

Slow, Damaging Water Leak in Bathroom, Mineral Wells, WV

SERVPRO was called out when the homeowner could smell very unpleasant odors and could see small puddles of water developing in the back side of the bathroom.

Behind this wall was a utility room that had an old hot water tank that was having a lot of issues.

The SERVPRO servicemen came to the scene and found a few more, less obvious issues that, if left unattended, could have potentially caused much greater damage!

Thankfully the owner had insurance, which avoided an entirely new type of discomfort.

Please make sure your insurance is up to date in case a surprise like the happens!
